Job Title: Assistant Manager Operations

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of travel counselors, implementing customer engagement and strategic relationship management, and managing multiple projects driven by customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of travel counselors to ensure effective customer service and support.
  • Implement customer engagement and strategic relationship management to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsible for problem-solving, designing solutions for ambiguous situations, and driving results.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in the travel industry in a similar position.
  • Basic understanding of travel industry terms and concepts.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, etc.).
  • E2E Travel Process knowledge and self-starting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with a focus on results and self-driven attitude.
