Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee accounting operations at multiple portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the entire month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for multiple companies.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare general ledger entries, maintain records and files, and assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of new accounting systems, programs, controls, and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert guidance on technical accounting issues, document findings in accounting memorandums, and assist with research and analysis.
  • Intercompany Consolidation: Assist with monthly intercompany consolidation of financial information between parent and subsidiaries.
  • Audit Preparation: Collaborate with auditors during annual audit preparations and ensure seamless interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with US companies.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
