Job Overview:

This is a remote position where you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating budgets, subcontractors, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines.
  • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues.
  • Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials to ensure timely progress.
  • Report on project status, resolving delays or issues.
  • Manage project schedules, scope, and inspections required by authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in construction or project management, or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.

The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies, as well as the ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.

Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role. The ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans is also desirable.

This is a permanent work-from-home independent contractor role, offering benefits and handled taxes for the contractor.
