About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will provide high-level administrative support to business owners and leadership teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, sending reminders, organizing inboxes, responding to emails, and prioritizing communications. You will also prepare reports, presentations, or meeting notes as needed, coordinate internal and external meetings, handle travel arrangements and expense tracking, and assist with project coordination and team communications.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess strong organizational and time management skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar administrative role is required. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Experience supporting leadership in a service-based or trades company is a plus, but not necessary.
