Senior Data Integration Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Engineer to lead the implementation and scale-up of internal and external system integrations with data and analytics solutions.

  • Design and manage data flows across critical business systems, ensuring real-time visibility, automation, and operational efficiency across teams.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations, from requirements gathering to deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Develop scalable integration frameworks and reusable patterns using iPaaS platforms or custom microservices.
  • Lead integration projects across teams (Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering) to automate workflows and improve data consistency.
  • Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, and internal APIs.
  • Collaborate with security and IT to ensure compliance, data protection, and auditability of integration workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Develop internal tooling or SDKs for integration reliability, schema validation, and transformation.
  • Hold 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or similar roles.
  • Have deep experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and modern integration platforms.
  • Possess strong hands-on skills with tools like Zapier, dbt, or custom middleware frameworks.
  • Be proficient in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for scripting and integration logic.
  • Understand designing for idempotency, error handling, retries, and observability in data syncs.
