Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

This role involves managing multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising, to deliver a seamless customer experience across online and physical retail channels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms with a focus on conversion rate improvement, digital merchandising, and performance marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, and customer behavior using digital analytics tools.
  • Oversee content strategy and community management for social media channels; build and manage influencer marketing partnerships.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive digital presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or eCommerce industry.
  • Proficient in using marketing platforms and tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, online buying journeys, and retail marketing principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
