
Ambitious Call Center Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of call center activities for multiple accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and driving performance improvements across various client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in handling multiple accounts. Additionally, they must be able to work on-site daily at our Makati and Mandaluyong sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across multiple client accounts to ensure efficient and effective processes
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet client needs and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics for each account
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance and efficiency
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years as a Senior Team Leader or Operations Manager
- Experience in handling multiple accounts is an advantage
- Must have experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
