Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of call center activities for multiple accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and driving performance improvements across various client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in handling multiple accounts. Additionally, they must be able to work on-site daily at our Makati and Mandaluyong sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations across multiple client accounts to ensure efficient and effective processes
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet client needs and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics for each account
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance and efficiency


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 2 years as a Senior Team Leader or Operations Manager
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts is an advantage
  • Must have experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
