We seek a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to drive strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for our organization.

  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Utilize advanced financial tools to evaluate business opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and ensure fiscal accountability.
  • Tariff & Valuation Strategies: Develop comprehensive pricing frameworks that balance revenue goals with market competitiveness.
  • Contract Alignment: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective contract negotiation and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Portfolio Impact Assessment: Analyze the effects of new business ventures and pricing changes on overall company profitability.
  • Investment Feasibility: Apply rigorous methodologies to assess project viability, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Capital Structure Optimization: Design funding strategies that balance lender requirements with shareholder returns, ensuring optimal capital allocation.
  • Treasury & Transaction Structuring: Collaborate with treasury, legal, and finance teams to create cost-effective funding models.
  • Business Unit Performance Review: Evaluate subsidiary financial health, provide actionable recommendations for improvement, and optimize investments.
  • Portfolio Strategy Refinement: Offer strategic guidance to maximize returns and drive growth across the portfolio.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate finance, with a proven track record in financial analysis, modeling, M&A advisory, budget preparation, and due diligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy, or Financial Engineering.
  • MBA, CFA, CFM/AFM certification is an asset.
