Job Description:

This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, cultivating trust and partnership, and ensuring profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue and Income Growth: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business development strategies and implement initiatives that enhance product offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Credit Quality Monitoring: Oversee the credit quality of loan portfolios, ensuring full compliance with credit policies and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: College graduate with a degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in banking, serving corporate accounts, preferably in a senior or management role.
  • Skills: Knowledge of markets, credit, lending, operations, risk management, commercial banking products and services, as well as regulatory standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
