We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager Specialist to join our team at Creathink Solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective paid search strategies across various client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and maintain robust commercial strategies for each client account.
  • Your primary focus will be on developing a deep understanding of each client's products, competition, industry, and marketing goals and objectives.
  • You will be expected to devise, implement, and manage innovative paid search campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
  • In addition to managing budgets, you will deliver regular paid search management services for assigned clients.

KPIs and Metrics:

  • You will measure the effectiveness of campaigns across assigned client accounts.
  • Achieving increases in traffic and conversions, while ensuring delivery against all other key performance indicators agreed with the marketing team and client.
  • You will utilize proprietary and third-party tools to compile and draw insight from both company-specific, sector-specific, and generic industry data to better understand user trends and behavior.
  • Producing monthly reports for clients containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against key performance indicators and metrics agreed with the client.

Client Communication:

  • You will work closely with the account management team to ensure that each client's account manager is kept up-to-date with progress and results.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and providing timely and efficient responses to all customer queries.
  • Regularly attending and actively participating in client meetings.
