We are looking for someone to fill the role of a marketing specialist who will be a key member of the Acquisition Marketing Team. He/she will learn to be a subject matter expert for key acquisition channels such as Paid Search (SEM), Display Advertising, Shopping (PLA) and/or Facebook advertising.

The Marketing Specialist will execute online marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition for our online printing business. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and process driven.

What The Person Will Be Responsible For

  • Build Paid Search and/or Facebook marketing with an emphasis on performance-based optimization
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns to accelerate the pace of customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with product marketing team to optimize website and product offering
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance

What The Person Needs

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Marketing/Business or in a quantitative or analytical field preferred
  • 1-2+ years' experience in digital marketing, SEM experience a plus. Support marketing execution and analytics
  • Articulate in both written and verbal English communication and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders
  • Comfortable with critical and analytical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks as they occur, and know when to escalate
  • Articulate, take charge attitude, ambitious, creative, and a team player
