Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media & SEO Specialist to drive online growth and lead generation. This role is crucial for optimizing our digital presence and maximizing ROI through strategic paid advertising campaigns and effective search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing performance across Google Ads (lead generation and e-commerce), Meta Ads, and onsite/backlink SEO strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Paid Campaign Management:
    • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI.
    • Implement and manage conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to the account manager.
    • Maintain daily communication with the account manager regarding campaign performance and strategy.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify SEO opportunities and issues.
    • Implement onsite SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, content optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
    • Develop and execute backlink building strategies to improve website authority and ranking.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics.
    • Perform competitor analysis.

Requirements and Skills (Must Have)

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (lead generation and e-commerce) and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including onsite optimization and backlink building.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • A high level of understanding of keyword research.
