Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Administrative Professional to support senior leaders in the construction and trades industries.

This is a 100% remote role, providing administrative support to one or more executives at leading companies.

If you have experience managing calendars, email inboxes, and projects, we want to hear from you.

As an ideal candidate, you'll be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • Manage executive calendars and book meetings, events, and reminders with precision.

  • Prioritize and organize inboxes, respond to emails, and maintain seamless communication flow.

  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as required.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including Zoom and Google Meet, and handle in-person logistics when necessary.

  • Handle travel planning, itinerary creation, and expense tracking with ease.

  • Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and facilitate team communications.

  • Maintain confidentiality and present a polished, professional presence in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

  • Construction industry experience is mandatory.

  • A proven track record supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • High-level proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

  • Familiarity with calendar management, email organization, and project coordination tools.

  • You're a self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently.
