Job Description

As a Solar Systems Monitor, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring portals for client systems. Your primary goal is to track and analyze solar system data using computerized systems.

You will communicate with contractors via email or phone calls for onsite visits, as well as return merchandise authorization (RMA) equipment when necessary. Additionally, you will utilize Google Suite and other software tools to assist with office tasks.

Key responsibilities include acting as a solar systems monitor for all company clients, guiding them through their portal during paid time off (PTO), and providing and analyzing generated reports to identify monitoring system errors. When possible, you will troubleshoot remotely.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Monitoring Specialist role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other software applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data monitoring
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in using Enphase system is a plus
