This role entails conducting regular inspections of the facility's grounds and maintaining its assets to ensure they comply with building regulations. Additionally, the HR administrator will develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the facilities team's daily leave and attendance tracking.
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are accommodated and assisted in the office.
- Assisting in managing employee room reservations.
- Monitoring office supplies and ensuring they are restocked on time.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience working in an administrative role.
A graduate of Human Resources or a business-related course is preferred, as well as proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
