Job Description

This is a key leadership role that requires a proactive and strategic HR professional to oversee and manage the human resources functions within our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the overall development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for manufacturing and administrative roles.

  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Lead the performance management process, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Ensure legal compliance and best practices across all HR functions.

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.

  • Drive organizational development initiatives to improve structure, systems, and processes.

  • Lead and support change management efforts within the company.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.

  • Support the leadership team in addressing employee relations issues and conflict resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development strategies, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee development is also essential.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the garment manufacturing or similar industry.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
