Financial Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our payroll and billing operations. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, while also managing client billing processes with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Payroll Operations: Oversee payroll processing across AU, US, and other global jurisdictions.
- Billing Management: Manage client invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure payroll and billing compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
- Employee Experience: Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll and billing with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
- System Management: Oversee payroll and billing systems, integrations, and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance, HR, and operations teams to align payroll and billing with accounting and business needs.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive payroll and billing reports for leadership, audits, and compliance reviews.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or billing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of PH and AU billing regulations, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing payroll and billing across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with payroll and billing systems (ADP, Gusto, Xero, NetSuite, Deel, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
