Job Title

The Accounting Officer is a key member of the finance team responsible for overseeing the management accounting functions, including cost accounting to support risk assessment, budget planning, and service cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and directing the activities of the finance department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial performance reports for senior management and department heads.
  • Supervise day-to-day revenue management operations, including client costing, transaction processing, and data analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform long-term and short-term strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Identify and implement resolutions for discrepancies in financial reports.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads and DBMs to prepare budgets and manage expenses effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • CPA certification.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
