Key Responsibilities:- Escalate complex issues from customer service teams.
- Investigate, resolve, and document customer problems.
- Communicate with customers when needed.
- Enable internal agents with clear explanations and fixes.
- Participate in QA cycles, testing app builds on physical devices and simulators.
- Run manual tests across user journeys and edge cases.
- Help design automated test suites.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in consumer or business app environments.
- Ability to provide effective technical support or QA testing in a fast-moving team.
- Comfortable with on-device app testing and simulators/emulators.
- Familiarity with test automation tools or willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
