ServiceNow Solutions Design

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet our customers' needs.

  • Design & Architecture: Create scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions following best practices and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from business and technical teams and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Technical Oversight: Guide development teams, review technical designs, define processes, and perform peer reviews.
  • Implementation Management: Oversee project delivery to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Integration: Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve systems, and introduce new features.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 6 years of experience with ServiceNow tools and solutions design is required.
  • At least one certification from ServiceNow (NOW Learning).
  • Prior experience working in digital transformation environments.
  • Deep knowledge of key ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), custom applications, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with MDB, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
