  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client challenges and ensure seamless implementation experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project coordination and management for small to midsize property management companies.
  • Coordinating RealPage services including data conversion and training.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve product offerings and simplify processes.
  • Deliver high-quality product and business knowledge to clients.
  • Support clients throughout the implementation process to achieve exceptional satisfaction.
  • Actively manage implementation projects to meet deadlines and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communication.
  • Continuously develop and enhance personal expertise through education and field experience.
  • Manage escalation communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
