Our team is seeking a skilled IT infrastructure professional to lead projects from start to finish. As an experienced systems engineer, you will own the planning and execution of our hybrid environments, ensuring seamless security and access control.

You will be responsible for delivering projects that shape the technology backbone of our organization, working across Microsoft Entra, Intune, WatchGuard, and Datto tools to drive performance, compliance, and continuity.

This role offers the opportunity to lead through action, implementing systems, solving problems, and scaling infrastructure across multiple teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive real-time global delivery.

What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering roles, preferably in hybrid setups.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, Intune, WatchGuard, Synology, and Datto RMM.
      • Strong project ownership, documentation discipline, and communication skills.
        • Familiarity with AutoTask, IT Glue, and endpoint protection platforms like Datto EDR.
