Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce platform.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing test cases for various functionalities of our e-commerce platform, performing thorough functional, regression, usability, and performance testing, identifying and documenting bugs using JIRA, collaborating closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues, verifying bug fixes and ensuring that issues are resolved completely, participating in the entire software development lifecycle, creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, providing input on improving quality assurance processes and best practices, performing exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues and edge cases, and assisting in user acceptance testing with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with various testing tools and techniques, including browser developer tools and mobile testing tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience testing e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience testing iOS and Android applications.
