Job Description

The role of a People Operations Coordinator is to support the HR function by delivering an empathic and customer-focused experience for employees. This involves working closely with the People team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes, provide high-level customer service, and innovate ways to advance our People Operations backbone.

As a key member of our global team spanning Australia, US, UK, and India, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records. You will also coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience through empathic and customer-focused interactions.
  • Support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software, and knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.

Behavioral Traits: Passion for HR and People Experience, strong customer service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
