Job Description:

This is an ideal role for a qualified lawyer with a strong corporate background who enjoys producing legal content, developing practical resources, and enabling other lawyers through training and knowledge sharing. The Corporate Knowledge Lawyer will support the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity (M&A/PE) practice groups in creating and maintaining precedent documents, templates, and know-how tools.

The successful candidate will draft, update, and maintain legal and market updates, internal bulletins, and summaries on key developments. They will also collaborate with knowledge lawyers and practice leaders to identify content gaps and priorities, and respond to ad hoc internal legal research or content inquiries from lawyers across offices.

In addition, the Corporate Knowledge Lawyer will assist in developing and maintaining training materials and presentations for lawyers and internal stakeholders, and monitor legal, regulatory, and market trends impacting the M&A/PE space.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, or general Corporate law, and excellent legal drafting and writing skills. They will also have demonstrated interest in knowledge management, legal writing, or internal enablement roles.

Key Responsibilities:
