Job Overview

The Product Supply Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational results and implementing loss elimination strategies for the site. This position reports directly to the Module Supply Chain Leader (Product Supply Director) and involves collaborating with multifunctional teams within the function to achieve performance targets.

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Developing expertise in Loss Elimination through processes that drive sustainable results
  • Establishing methods for solving technical problems
  • Conducting studies on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization)
  • Systematizing tools for maintenance and implementing production management tools
  • Identifying key projects to achieve performance targets
  • Demonstrating ability to deliver and start-up new equipment, initiatives, and projects
  • Collaborating with technical experts and other functions to create solutions
  • Creating learning programs and coaching technical experts
  • Improving standards to enable performance targets for the production line

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant engineering degree with 0–3 years of experience
  • Background in Manufacturing and Production Systems is an advantage
  • Good command of English language
  • Possesses technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
