Key Responsibilities

As a Cebu Operations Coordinator with TECHNOGLOBAL TEAM, INC., your primary responsibilities include managing cash flow, handling local banking transactions, and performing monthly bank reconciliations. You will also be responsible for implementing internal control procedures, collaborating closely with our Finance Head Office, and serving as the focal point for any finance-related matters in Cebu.

You will work closely with our operations manager to establish annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and prepare monthly financial analyses. Additionally, you will perform physical counts of assets and monitor compliance with tax mapping requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly XERO, is advantageous. If you have a background in accounting and experience in finance, audit, or government compliance, we encourage you to apply.
