BIM Specialist Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled BIM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will work closely with our architects, engineers, and contractors to create detailed 3D Revit models. Your primary responsibility will be to convert conceptual drawings into accurate and coherent 3D models, ensuring timely completion of projects. Additionally, you will perform Quality Assurance & Quality Control for all BIM models prior to release to clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Work on various trades, specializing in either Architectural & Structural (ARST) or Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire Protection (MEPFS)
* Convert drawings to 3D Revit models and resolve clashes with other trades
* Create construction documents from 3D models based on LODs set by clients
* Follow modelling standards and reviews set by clients
* Deliver projects on time and work quickly and efficiently
* Quality Assurance & Quality Control for all BIM models prior to release to clients
