The Role:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to work with us on various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed designs and models of buildings and other structures using Revit and other BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and maintain accurate and reliable building information models (BIMs) as per client requirements.
  2. To collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
  3. To generate schematic, detailed design, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  4. To report to the manager/coordinator in charge and perform assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or closely related fields with at least two (2) years relevant working experience in BIM Modelling.
  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality in relation to all matters relating to the office.
  • Computer application competency and knowledge in handling REVIT, AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office, and other BIM applications tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be prepared to travel.
