  2. Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models for IFC drawings.
  3. Collaborate with engineers to update models according to their markups and design changes.
  4. Produce high-quality builder's work drawings.
  5. Prepare coordinated models for client issue.
  6. Identify potential conflicts using Navisworks clash reports.
  7. Maintain open communication with other trades for drawing and installation conflicts.
  8. Produce model sheets.
  9. Detailed mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural).
  10. Combine all models for clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
  11. Generate clash reports.
  12. Extract 3D models to 2D models in dwg files.
