The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes. Key responsibilities include generating schematic, detailed design, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or closely related fields with at least two (2) years relevant working experience in BIM Modelling.
  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality in relation to all matters relating to the office.
  • Computer application competency and knowledge in handling REVIT, AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office, and other BIM applications tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be prepared to travel.
