Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital growth strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cross-channel digital growth strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop ads content plans based on data analysis and user portrayal.
  • Analyse targeted users and optimize ad content to improve overall ROI.
  • Work closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and independently executing digital growth strategies.
  • Keep track of latest industry trends and competitors.
  • Onboard influencers and manage influencer networks to drive growth among target audiences.
  • Develop and manage B2B partnerships to drive online growth.
  • Manage Public Relations to drive growth among target audiences.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimization.
  • Experience in performance marketing roles for international platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing business environments.
