About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Design Expert to help build engaging marketing collateral for our product and technology. You will work closely with designers and executives to support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to solving unique, complex, and impactful marketing challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop image, video, and animation content that captivates audiences and drives brand awareness across various channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and other teams to create cohesive marketing strategies and materials.
  • Manage social media presence by creating, scheduling, and analyzing posts to effectively engage with our audience.
  • Update and maintain our company website with the latest activities and changes.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential markets, which will help inform our marketing strategies.
  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and events.
  • Track and prepare monthly reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, such as Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong social media content creation skills, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn and X.
  • Excellent photography and videography skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer software, including Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing social media pages and working with Mac operating systems.
  • US work authorization at the time of hire.
