The role of a Digital Marketing Specialist is pivotal in today's business landscape.
- This high-impact position demands a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, email marketing, and Shopify site management.

Paid Advertising Strategy- A strong foundation in Google Ads, particularly Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns
- Compelling ad copy writing skills, along with keyword research and campaign data analysis to improve ROI Familiarity with Meta Ads is beneficial (Facebook & Instagram)
- Confidence in working with the Shopify Theme Editor and various Shopify apps
- Ability to troubleshoot basic Shopify bugs, maintain store hygiene, and resolve customer/order issues related to Shopify
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and Shopify Analytics
- Strong aesthetic sense, brand understanding, and conversion-focused mindset to contribute to landing page ideation, layout planning, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Proficiency in Canva for quick creative ideas and design briefs
- Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Collaboration with SEO agencies to enhance organic traffic, keyword rankings, clicks, and CTR
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
- Understanding of key D2C email flows such as Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, and Lead Magnets
- Able to create emails, review copy/design, and suggest improvements based on brand guidelines
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (graphic designers) and external partners (SEO/email agencies, developers)
- Asset coordination, including Google Shopping thumbnails, landing page creatives, and email visuals
- 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce
- Confidence with marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Proficiency in Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, Search); Meta Ads expertise is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, GTM, Semrush, and Google Search Console
- Sharp eye for copy, design, UX, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for marketing tasks, content creation, and troubleshooting
- Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in dynamic environments
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Basic technical confidence to handle Shopify customizations and app setups
- Pop culture awareness – able to translate trends into impactful copy and design
- Bonus points if you enjoy witty one-liners and know when a landing page needs improvement
