Kitchen Designer and Estimator

The role of the Kitchen Designer and Estimator is to develop innovative kitchen designs that meet client specifications while providing accurate cost estimations for materials and labor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen design projects
  • Create detailed kitchen layouts and renderings using design software
  • Prepare accurate material and labor cost estimates for proposed kitchen designs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and materials to provide clients with modern design solutions
  • Present design concepts and estimates clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely project execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met

In order to excel in this position, candidates must have proven experience as a kitchen designer, proficiency in AutoCAD and 2020 Design Live, a strong understanding of kitchen design principles, layouts, and materials, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Additionally, knowledge of current trends and innovations in kitchen design is essential for success in this role.

  • Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a kitchen designer
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and 2020 Design Live
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
