Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Chef who will take charge of leading product innovation, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring food quality across multiple outlets. This role requires both creativity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new product offerings and menu ideas (Product Innovation).
  • Manage food costing and budgeting to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure all menu items are cooked well and presented aesthetically.
  • Oversee brand kitchen operations, ensuring staff and line cooks follow standards.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment quality and coordinate orders for new equipment when needed.
  • Help determine food and supply requirements and monitor inventory levels.
  • Train, mentor, and guide new kitchen staff.
  • Create and implement kitchen process guidelines and SOPs.
  • Apply strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Travel to different store locations for operational oversight and support.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Culinary Graduate or Bachelor's Degree holder in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Chef, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a kitchen team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Consistency in delivering high-quality food.
  • Amenable to travel and willing to adapt to different kitchen setups.
