The Technical Specialist Role
  • Handle technical inquiries and manage member accounts.
  • Create automation workflows using various tools.
  • Generate targeted lead lists based on client Ideal Customer Profiles.
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
  • Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, n8n.io, and client CRM systems.
  • Keep systems organized and documented in Notion or SOPs.
Requirements

We're seeking candidates with:

2+ years of experience in technical VA or marketing automation roles.Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com.Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel.Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization.Problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes.Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight.Excellent communication skills to clearly explain tech setups and maintain process documentation.What You'll Work With
