Senior Software Developer for Integration Services

A Full Stack Solutions Engineer is required to join our team to serve as a technical liaison between our platform and clients. The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing custom integrations while providing superior customer support.
This role combines strong development skills with exceptional client communication to ensure successful integration projects. It directly impacts customer retention and satisfaction by managing multiple active integration projects simultaneously and turning complex technical requirements into functional solutions.
- 40% of the time, the engineer will focus on integration development, building and deploying API integrations between our platform and client systems, creating CSV export solutions for data migration, and developing two-way payroll integration implementations.
- 30% of the time, the engineer will engage in customer interaction, conducting client meetings to gather technical requirements, providing ongoing technical support for integration-related inquiries, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- 10% of the time, the engineer will work on custom solution creation, developing custom career sites for clients, building custom tools and reporting solutions for enterprise customers, and creating custom tools for the Customer Success team.
- 20% of the time, the engineer will focus on production integration optimization, migrating completed integrations to the production environment, optimizing integrations for self-service implementation, and documenting technical processes and solutions.
Key qualifications include excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, capable of managing 5-6 concurrent integration projects with varying complexity and different deadlines, strong analytical thinking and creative solution development, clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, familiarity with version control systems, experience with workflow automation tools, and a strong track record of successful customer interaction in technical roles.
