Senior Full Stack Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key player in our Product and Engineering teams, you will be accountable for designing and deploying cutting-edge features that transform customers' lives.

About the Role:
  • You will lead your squad in developing critical features for customers, primarily using Ruby. We offer training to ensure you have the necessary skills.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write automated tests for production codes and develop/maintain key components of web applications.
  • Conduct testing and code reviews for yourself and colleagues.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers within your squad.
Requirements:

  • You are a highly skilled, senior-level Software Development Engineer with 6+ years of experience.
  • You've focused on Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration.
  • You're proficient in at least one programming language, such as Ruby, Python, TypeScript, etc.
  • You have proven experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
  • You have a strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology.
  • A team player who always puts colleagues ahead of yourself and has a highly adaptable and versatile approach to work.
  • You have good verbal and written English skills.
  • You're passionate about learning, sharing your knowledge, and mentoring teammates.
