We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team as a Senior AI Web Developer.

Job Description

The role requires someone with extensive experience in designing and developing custom internal AI-powered web applications and tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.

  • Design and develop custom internal AI-powered web applications and tools to streamline operations, decision-making, and client service operations.
  • Automate spreadsheet-based processes and workflows, eliminating manual tasks and improving efficiency across teams.
  • Integrate various external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems and data sources seamlessly.
  • Research and implement new AI-driven automations (e.g., leveraging machine learning and LLMs) to stay at the cutting edge of innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages. Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and Next.js.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4), familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering best practices.
  • Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes. Familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed.
  • Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document your work clearly.
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver who stays up-to-date with emerging technologies and can quickly learn new tools or frameworks. A passion for leveraging AI to improve business processes is a must.
