Cloud Support Specialist

This role requires problem solving capabilities for incidents logged by clients and/or alerts from infrastructure monitoring. The position entails attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, time management, and delivery against agreed KPIs and customer service level agreements.
Key responsibilities include ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved by taking ownership of cases in a 24x7 support environment, monitoring queues for incoming alerts and incidents, working collaboratively with other team members to resolve client issues, and participating in various roles during client-facing escalations and post-incident reviews.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background, including knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Administration, Exchange server administration, M365, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure IaaS.
A strong understanding of cloud technologies, primarily Azure and M365, is essential. The candidate should also be keen to learn and develop their career in IT, with opportunities for regular accreditations and professional growth within the team.
