We're looking for an IT Application / Cloud Support pro to join our team in Quezon City With a salary of PHP 50,000 (plus benefits), full-time, onsite, day-shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), you'll be the go-to person for keeping our servers, applications, and cloud systems running smoothly. If you love solving technical problems and supporting teams, this is the role for you

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, CS, ECE, or any related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT support, server management, or cloud services.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Machines is a big plus.
  • Good understanding of Windows server environments and general system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain servers, applications, and cloud systems every day.
  • Provide support for Windows servers and cloud setups.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Perform system backups, updates, and recoveries.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them quickly.
  • Help deploy and configure new applications and tools.
  • Keep IT documentation up to date.
  • Work with the team to improve systems and workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
