Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain cloud environments. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud administration and networking, with a strong understanding of Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure Networking components, including vNet, NSGs, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute.
- Apply and monitor security controls across cloud resources, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Implement and support cloud-based analytics services such as Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated code deployment across environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into application lifecycle management.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), conditional access policies, and identity protection strategies.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts using Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Ensure data protection and compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
- Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to track performance and diagnose issues.
- Optimize resource usage and cost through regular analysis and recommendations.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cloud administration and networking.
- Strong understanding of Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of ENTRA and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and security best practices in cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI and PowerBI data flows.
