Crypto Operations and Support Specialist Role

As a skilled professional with experience in cryptocurrency, you will play a vital role in managing the operational, marketing, and customer support aspects of our company.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram.
  • Support the creation and optimization of digital ads on Google, Facebook, and crypto networks to reach our target audience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and social media channels, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain market research and stay updated on the latest crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation to ensure efficient operations.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, preferably with knowledge of exchanges, trading, or DeFi.
  • Excellent written English skills for effective customer communication and social media engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn and grow with our company.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
