Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and maintain strategic dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support informed decision-making across the cable and telco vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create data-driven solutions using Power BI and Excel, including dashboard design, report development, and KPI analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
