Job Description

The Junior Packaging Designer supports the development of product packaging by assisting the senior designer and creative team in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

This role combines creativity with attention to detail, ensuring that all packaging meets brand guidelines, communicates product value, and adheres to technical/production and compliance requirements.

This is a full-time position that involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and refinement of packaging assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Asset Development & Execution
  • Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the compliance team.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.

Intermediate proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, is required, and experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in packaging design for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail is preferred, and CPG experience is also a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines are essential.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively, are also required.
