Overview of the Job Role:

Job Description

This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership abilities to drive architectural decisions, optimize existing systems, and deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs, as well as expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration.

Additionally, they should have strong infrastructure knowledge, including Docker/Docker Compose and Linux-based development environments.

Key responsibilities include defining and leading the technical architecture for our AI agent platform, mentoring a small team of engineers, and collaborating with founders, product, and engineering teams to align architecture with business goals.

The role also involves hands-on coding, designing, building, and optimizing scalable front-end and back-end systems, automating workflows using N8N, and integrating vector stores/databases.

Requirements
  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration
  • Advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, Axios API
  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development
  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design
