Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Architect to provide remote drafting, design, and project coordination support.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to our team's success by enhancing efficiency and client experience.

As an Architect Virtual Assistant, you will collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details in Revit. You will also prepare 3D visualizations and renderings using Enscape or similar rendering software.

In this role, you will work exclusively in imperial units for all drawings and documentation, and contribute to schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.

You will be responsible for maintaining drawing standards, accuracy, and version control. Additionally, you will assist in zoning/code analysis and compile documentation for permitting, bids, or client submissions.

Your tasks will include preparing client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, as well as coordinating with team members via online collaboration platforms.

You will track project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones, and manage project schedules and timelines.

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required).
  • Understanding of architectural drawing standards in the U.S., including imperial measurements.
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts building codes and zoning regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural drawings with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in written and spoken English for reading project documents and coordinating with the team.
