Responsibilities

As an Appointment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in growing our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to engage with potential customers
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts and members of our Sales Team
  • Accurately recording information in our system
  • Representing us in a professional manner when conversing with contacts
  • Ensuring all calls meet our standards and requirements
  • Delivering reports accurately and on time
  • Participating in process-improvement initiatives
Requirements

To be successful as an Appointment Coordinator, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical skills, including navigating a computer, using common software applications, and performing simple troubleshooting
  • A strong internet connection
  • A designated professional workspace
  • Amenability to working varied shifts
