Accounting Professional Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS with accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Support accountants and bookkeepers with day-to-day client needs, ensuring timely lodgments.
  • Maintain productivity at 80% or above through daily timesheet entry.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Australian accounting firm, strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Xero add-ons (Xero Practice Manager, Ignition, FYI), exposure to SMSF compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero and cloud-based accounting systems, excellent communication skills across different time zones.
Work Arrangements:

38 hours per week between 9:00am-5:30pm AEST, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am-3:00pm AEST Friday, with a 24-minute lunch break.

Travel Requirements:

Quarterly team functions twice a year in Pampanga, requiring travel for team bonding.
